Who We Are
We are systems architects, integration engineers and infrastructure specialists. We started Alibo after years of inheriting half-finished projects: designs nobody could explain, integrations nobody owned, and documentation that arrived after the budget did. We work the other way round. Architecture is agreed before implementation, and the evidence that it works is part of delivery.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with discovery: your systems, interfaces, constraints and the outcome you are accountable for. From that we produce a target-state design, a costed delivery plan and a risk register. Implementation happens in staged environments with review points at each integration boundary, so problems surface early instead of during cutover.

You receive the repositories, the credentials and the documentation. Managed support is a service you renew because it is useful, not a dependency you cannot leave. If we recommend a platform, we will also tell you what it costs to run and how to leave it.
