Revision & Refund Policy

Free revisions

If a deliverable misses the brief, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it free of charge. Most revisions are completed within 2 business days.

Refunds

• Orders cancelled before work starts are refunded in full.
• Orders cancelled after work has started are refunded pro-rata for the uncompleted portion.
• Deliverables already completed and accepted are non-refundable, but remain covered by the free-revision policy.

How to request a revision or refund

• Contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
• Our team confirms the scope within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
